Goddess Bodysculpt Debut - thank you ladies!!

Hello Ladies!
Yesterday marked the debut of Goddess Bodysculpt at Can Dance Academy. It was an incredible workout that was more fun and more intense than expected!!
Session Two resumes this Thursday at Forever Dance Studios from 7-8pm. Grab your weights and your workout mats for another amazing sweat session … cuz it’s all about the burn … the pump … and feeling sexy!

Scheduled classes:
Sundays from 10:30 to 11:30am @ Can Dance Academy, 1575 Clarkson Road
Thursdays from 7-8pm @ Forever Dance Studios, 2351 Royal Windsor Drive #2
