Zumba: Zumba is a fun way to work up a sweat while you party!! It’s a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps! You’ll want to join the party to get fit!

 

Strip to Fit:  Ever want to dance like the Sexy Pussy Cat Dolls?  In this fun, energetic class where you’ll learn a choreographed routine with sexy moves like hip circles, body pumps, head rolls and cat crawls. We then finish with some core strengthening and a full body stretching that will help with posture and flexibility. Warning!! You will feel extremely sexy after this – and that’s a fabulous thing!

The perfect class for absolute beginners! Learn the basic steps of salsa as well as basic partnering techniques. Styling and musicality is discussed and demonstraetd though the emphasis of this course is on technique and timing.

Back to School Basics - Strip To Fit 101

It’s September and you know what that means, back to school.  September’s Workshop for Georgetown/Acton is Strip To Fit - 101.  This class will be a great way to refresh or even learn the basics of Strip To Fit. school-girl

Strip Aerobics is a combination of a strip workout (aka Strip Aerobics), Yoga, Pilates, Jazz dance, and a whole ‘lotta exotic maneuvers! It is great for any uber-femme that is interested moving her body naturally, unapologetically and freely. Strip Aerobics is the ultimate in women’s fitness- all women are welcome in this fun, exciting and sexy session!!  This class is for all levels!

The cost is $12 per person or $20 per two friends.

Girl-A-Licious (Sexy Hip Hop and Jazz) All Levels!

Let’s get HOT! It’s a perfect time to dance, be sexy and have fun!! This all female, high-energy dance class, incorporating various popular dance movements in the genre of  hip hop, pop and jazz dance. This session is great to help you get into shape, while having a great time with the ladies, dancing sexy styles. In the warming-up part, a major focus will be on muscle conditioning, toning and cardio workout. Then, we will have you twisting, shaking and bringing out the diva within!
