| About me: Lori-Ann is a Body Harmonics certified Pilates Method instructor specializing in all levels of mat work. She has trained with Maureen Rae and has received her Module 1 teaching certification in Hatha Yoga. She has a background in dance and a passion for physical fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Pilates is a great way to tone and reshape your body without adding bulk. Pilates is also a great way for women to target those hard to tone areas like the butt, thighs and abs! Lori-Ann loves helping women reach their fitness goals and especially loves watching women reshape their bodies in ways they never thought possible. Lori-Ann is a self proclaimed nutririon nut and is currently studying to become a Holistic Nutritionist. As a wife and mother of two beautiful children she knows that staying active and eating right are the keys to feeling young and full of life.
