| About me: I am a trained Fitness Instructor Specialist by Can-Fit-Pro. A Certified Standard First Aider, CPR/AED, Level C. My history in dance started when I was around 7-9yrs. I loved practicing dance routines and I was blessed with my family’s appreciation of music and arts as well..I continued joining dance intermission numbers in my community, became a very active member of multiple dance clubs after school, then won scholarship as a winning athlete in University while finishing up my degree in design. I excelled in Taekwondo for 3years having won gold and silver medals in womens varsity team from 1995-1998. Trained in various dance and fitness community programs from 2001-present and became even more inspired by Laura's vision of empowering women. Currently I am offering various friendly and fun fitness programs for personal/group fitness. I do customize the lessons to suit your goals especially through dance-cardio, and muscle conditioning, from low-high impact, to relaxation techniques. I also cater to corporate on-site locations within GTA. I teach with a variety of fun music, usually MTVs by Beyonce, Pussycat Dolls, Britney, and other pop artists, I sometimes also incorporate Martial Arts movements/ positions such as in Taichi, MuayThai, Taekwondo, and Yoga..We could also explore some sexy Hiphop/Club Dance that mixes some Latin Flavor and Jazz to use when you're out with your friends!
